Caroline & Dillon
If I had to describe Caroline as a client, it would be confident, relaxed and IN LOVE. She knew she was going to marry her man on August 24th and that’s all that mattered. Caroline and Dillion wanted their wedding to be small and centered around their love for Christ, the covenant they were entering into, and their deep deep love for their families. What better way to start off your marriage? They had their wedding and reception at Flat Creek Plantation in Swainsboro, GA. This Gorgeous venue is tucked back In the Georgia woods surrounded by large ponds and wildlife.
Caroline didn’t love the planning process so she gave me a lot of creative liberty. She knew she wanted natural tones with creamy and sandy whites. She expressed to me about her love for autumn colors. That’s where I incorporated the deep purple tones. (I geek out every time I see those ranunculus 🤩) I thought it added warmth to the neutral tones. My favorite part of Caroline’s day would be her and Dillion’s intimate dinner setting. With just the two of them at a table having their first supper as a married couple, they could look over the whole reception area and enjoy seeing their family laugh and fellowship. Behind them were two large urns filled with forged greenery from around Flat Creek. Candles surrounded the area to set the mood for night they’ll always remember. The two of them were picture perfect all day.
